Inspired by captain Andre Agassi, Taylor Fritz secured the Laver Cup for Team World with a decisive 6-3, 7-6 (7-4) victory over Alexander Zverev.
The win brought the final score to 15-9 against Team Europe, clinching Team World’s third title in the event’s history.
Fritz also defeated world number one Carlos Alcaraz earlier in the competition, helping his team build a commanding lead that they never relinquished.
