Manchester United are reportedly targeting Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo following his sensational start to the season.
The 25-year-old Ghanaian has registered six goals and three assists in just seven Premier League games this term, attracting interest from both United and their rivals, Liverpool.
According to CaughtOffside, United are keen to sign Semenyo, despite being put off by Bournemouth’s asking price during the summer window. His recent form, however, has reportedly made the club willing to pay a higher fee.
Semenyo, who has a contract until 2029/30, is now the subject of a potential transfer battle, with the report suggesting United’s interest may be stronger than Liverpool’s.
The transfer news surfaces as United, fresh from a win over Sunderland, prepare to face struggling champions Liverpool after the international break.
