FUFA Big League side Kiyinda Boys FC have parted ways with head coach James Cemari after a disappointing start to the new season.
Cemari, who was appointed earlier this month alongside assistant coach Faridah Bulega, replaced Michael “Skills” Lukyamuzi, who left to join Blacks Power during pre-season.
The decision to end Cemari’s tenure followed a narrow 1-0 loss to Soltilo Bright Stars at the Betharm City Ground in Kiwenda.
In the interim, the club has named Ayub Kizza as acting head coach. The former KCCA, Express, and Victors defender has been serving as the team’s fitness coach.
Kizza’s first test in charge will be an away clash against Kigezi Homeboyz on Sunday, November 2.
