Kai Trump, granddaughter of US President Donald Trump, will make her LPGA Tour debut at The Annika tournament next month after receiving a sponsor’s exemption.
The 18-year-old, the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and a golf commit to the University of Miami in 2026, will compete from November 13 to 16, 2025, at the Pelican Golf Club in Florida.
The event has a $3.25 million prize pool.
With over six million social media followers, the LPGA acknowledged that Trump’s inclusion aims to attract younger audiences to the sport.
“My dream has been to compete with the best in the world on the LPGA Tour,” Kai Trump stated, adding that she looks forward to competing against her “heroes and mentors in golf.”
She will join a field featuring top players like world number two Nelly Korda, Charley Hull, and Lilia Vu.
