Second Phase of FIFA World Cup 26 Ticket Sales Now Open

The excitement for the FIFA World Cup 26 continues to build as FIFA officially opens the second phase of ticket sales – the Early Ticket Draw.

After record-breaking demand during the Visa Presale Draw, another one million tickets are now available for fans eager to be part of football’s biggest stage.

The entry period for this Early Ticket Draw runs through 31 October at 11 a.m. ET (16:00 CET).

Fans must enter the draw via FIFA.com/tickets to be eligible – even if they previously entered the Visa Presale Draw.

Those with existing FIFA IDs can simply log in, while new users will need to create an account to get started.

Host Country Priority Window

This phase is open to all fans globally, but it includes a domestic exclusivity period for residents of the host nations – Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

Once the entry period closes, those residents who have entered the draw will be eligible for a domestic priority time slot starting 12 November, lasting 72 hours (subject to availability).

During this time, successful entrants can purchase Single Match Tickets for games taking place within their own country.

Cross-nation tickets will not be available during this phase, and 75% of all tickets will be allocated to this domestic exclusivity window.

Global Access Follows

After the host-country priority period, both domestic and international fans who entered the draw will be eligible for additional randomized selection time slots beginning 17 November.

Those selected will be able to purchase Single Match and Team Specific Tickets across the three host countries.

FIFA World Cup 26 Chief Operating Officer Heimo Schirgi highlighted the strong response from fans:

“We already have seen massive interest from around the world for this tournament, and especially from within the host countries as Canada, Mexico and the United States prepare to host the biggest FIFA World Cup yet.”

“This second phase, with its host country domestic exclusivity time slot, will allow us to say thank you to these local fans, while ensuring global opportunity as well.”

What’s Next

Following the Early Ticket Draw, FIFA will launch the Random Selection Draw phase in the weeks after the Final Draw on 5 December, when group-stage matchups are confirmed.

Later, fans will be able to purchase any remaining tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fans are reminded to buy tickets only through FIFA.com/tickets, the official and secure platform.

Hospitality packages are also available at FIFA.com/hospitality.

Visa, FIFA’s Official Payment Technology Partner, remains the preferred way to pay for tickets and hospitality packages, though other methods are accepted.

A match ticket does not guarantee entry into a host country.

Fans should check each country’s entry and visa requirements before traveling.

Full details, FAQs, and official rules for the Early Ticket Draw are available on FIFA.com/tickets.
