Bournemouth star winger Antoine Semenyo has a £65 million release clause in his contract, active only during the first two weeks of the January 2026 transfer window, BBC Sport has learned.
The 25-year-old Ghana international signed a new five-year deal on 1 July, despite prior summer interest from clubs like Manchester United and Tottenham.
Semenyo has been in excellent form this season, scoring six goals and providing three assists in 11 Premier League appearances.
His continued presence has been vital for Bournemouth, who sold three key defenders for nearly £150m over the summer.
The clause, available from January 1st to 14th, is designed to give the Cherries time to replace the player they signed for £10m in January 2023, should a buyer trigger the high-value fee.
