Africa’s Youth Take the Spotlight as TECNO Powers AFCON 2025

TECNO, the Official Global Partner of the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2025, has launched its flagship continental campaign, “Power Your Moment”, a bold celebration of the passion, ambition, and defining breakthroughs that shape Africa’s biggest football stage.

Designed to connect deeply with the continent’s vibrant youth culture, the campaign showcases how TECNO’s cutting-edge AI ecosystem empowers young Africans to capture, create, and elevate every meaningful moment around this iconic tournament.

At the center of the campaign is TECNO’s new musical brand film, also titled “Power Your Moment,” a colorful and energetic storytelling experience that highlights how TECNO AI fuels the pivotal moments of everyday life.

Afrobeats star Joeboy leads the creative charge as the campaign’s Featured Artist, delivering an exclusive soundtrack whose rhythm, emotion, and cultural influence perfectly embody the spirit of today’s African youth.

TECNO’s vision is grounded in a powerful insight: Africa’s young generation is standing at a defining moment. Ambitious, restless, and fiercely determined, they refuse to be limited.

They dream bigger, work harder, and demand tools that can keep up with their momentum. TECNO’s AI ecosystem responds to this call by offering technology that doesn’t just support their fast-rising aspirations, it accelerates them.

The brand film brings this philosophy to life through four emotional territories, Power Your Joy, Power Your Rise, Power Your Future, and Power Your Creativity.

Each moment shows TECNO AI seamlessly integrated into daily life: a Moroccan family enjoying an immersive match experience through TECNO AI Glasses and the TECNO Slim; influential African leaders supporting young entrepreneurs; a teenager studying more efficiently with AI tools; and young content creators leveling up their craft using TECNO’s AI-powered imaging and ecosystem devices.

The scenes are woven together to show a continent pushing forward with determination, innovation, and an unshakable belief in a brighter future.

But TECNO isn’t stopping at inspiration, it’s bringing these experiences directly to fans across Africa. Throughout AFCON 2025, the brand will roll out Pop-Up Stores and Fan Zones in host cities, giving supporters the chance to explore TECNO’s full ecosystem of smartphones, wearables, laptops, and AI imaging tools.

These spaces will double as celebration hubs, blending technology with football excitement. AI-driven viewing parties will turn match nights into unforgettable cultural events, while digital platforms will host AFCON-exclusive AI features that let fans create, connect, and express themselves in fresh, personalized ways.

To further champion creativity and youth empowerment, TECNO is launching #PowerYourMoment, a Pan-African creator initiative running from November 28 to December 5.

The challenge invites young Africans to reinterpret key emotional themes, Glory, Joy, Rising, and Creativity, using photos and videos captured on TECNO devices.

Meanwhile, a parallel TikTok LIVE challenge (November 28–December 11) will spotlight creators in Morocco, Algeria, and Egypt, encouraging them to share authentic stories of personal achievement and creative identity, all tied together by Joeboy’s signature campaign soundtrack.

Both initiatives will culminate in the selection of 60 outstanding creators, who will win an exclusive AFCON Morocco 2025 experience.

Their journey includes attending the Opening Ceremony, exploring TECNO’s Pop-Up Store, playing an exhibition match with AFCON legends, and experiencing TECNO Glory Night, a premium gala evening alongside athletes, creators, and brand representatives.

With “Power Your Moment,” TECNO delivers a campaign that unites technology, culture, creativity, and football at a defining moment for the continent. As AFCON Morocco 2025 draws near, TECNO invites Africans everywhere to seize every opportunity, embrace their stories, unleash their creativity, and step boldly into a future powered by AI innovation.
