Football fans in Kira will combine Premier League action with live music when the Guinness Matchday on Tour arrives this Sunday, March 15, at BBQ Fusion Kira.
The event, organised by Guinness, brings live football screenings, music and fan engagement activities together in one community gathering as supporters watch key matches from the Premier League.
The afternoon programme begins with a 5:00 pm fixture between Manchester United and Aston Villa. United are looking to strengthen their push in the upper half of the table while Villa have built a reputation this season for challenging the league’s established sides.
Attention will then shift to the 7:30 pm contest between Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur. Liverpool remain focused on securing European football with the season entering its decisive stage, while Tottenham are aiming to move clear of relegation pressure.
Entertainment is also a key part of the programme, with Ugandan singer Elijah Kitaka set to headline the event. Known for his Afro fusion sound and his hit song Daily Bundle, Kitaka is expected to deliver a high energy performance during the evening.
The music lineup will also feature DJ sets from Baboon Souljah alongside performances by Mon and Vince Musisi.
Fans attending will also take part in Guinness Matchday Minutes, an interactive segment where supporters predict the minute a goal will be scored during the games for a chance to win prizes.

We have already toured several parts of the country, and this year alone we have been to Mukono, Mbale and Jinja. After Kira, the Matchday Truck will continue delivering these unforgettable fan experiences to even more football lovers across the country,” she said.
Combined with BBQ Fusion’s grilled menu and the social atmosphere expected from a large crowd of supporters, the Kira stop of the Guinness Matchday on Tour is set to deliver a full day of football, music and fan interaction.
