Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has called on his players to deliver a “complete performance” at the Emirates on Tuesday as they chase a Champions League quarterfinal spot against Bayer Leverkusen.
The tie is level at 1-1 after Kai Havertz’s late penalty in the first leg.
Leverkusen arrive confident after holding Bayern Munich to a draw, with Arteta warning of their clear structure and discipline.
Arsenal, still in the hunt for a historic quadruple, will be without captain Martin Odegaard and defender Jurrien Timber, though Leandro Trossard is fit and Ben White has returned to training.
“We know what we have to do in front of our crowd,” Arteta said. “Hopefully we are going to do it.”
