Barcelona coach Hansi Flick says his spell at Camp Nou will be the final job of his career, though he has yet to decide on extending his contract beyond 2027.
On the eve of Barca’s Champions League clash with Newcastle, the 61‑year‑old confirmed he is happy at the club but wants to consult his family before committing.
“It’s not the right moment. Tomorrow is very important for us,” Flick said.
President Joan Laporta has signaled his intention to renew Flick’s deal, after the German guided Barca to a domestic treble and Champions League semifinals last season.
Barcelona drew 1‑1 in the first leg at Newcastle, and Flick warned of a “tough game” against their physical opponents. Defender Pau Cubarsi added: “At home, with our fans, it will be different.”
