Mamelodi Sundowns will host Chippa United at Loftus Versfeld on Good Friday after the PSL moved the fixture to ease their packed schedule.
The champions face Durban City next Tuesday before flying to Tunis for a CAF Champions League semifinal against Esperance on April 12.
Victory over Chippa could see Sundowns reclaim top spot in the league, trailing Orlando Pirates by one point with a game in hand. Pirates meet Golden Arrows on Tuesday.
Chippa, winless in four and just two points above the drop zone, face a stern test against the title-chasing Brazilians.
