Roberto De Zerbi has promised to remain Tottenham manager next season regardless of results, calling the job the “biggest challenge” of his career.
The Italian signed a five-year deal after replacing Igor Tudor, with Spurs 17th in the Premier League and winless since December.
“I will be the coach of Tottenham next season, no matter what,” he said ahead of his first game at Sunderland on April 12.
With seven matches left, De Zerbi insists the squad has the quality to survive and “become great in the future.”
