UEFA has rejected Barcelona’s complaint over a handball incident in their 2-0 Champions League quarterfinal first leg defeat to Atletico Madrid.
Barca argued Marc Pubill’s handball should have led to a penalty, but UEFA’s disciplinary body ruled the protest inadmissible.
The Catalans must now overturn the deficit in Madrid without relief from the governing body.
