The race for the 52nd Stanbic Uganda Cup crown has entered its decisive stage after Thursday’s semifinal draw at Umoja House in Nakasero.
Four clubs remain in contention, with the ties to be played over two legs between 1–3 May and 15–17 May.
Defending champions Vipers face a stern test against Kitara, who lifted the trophy in 2024.
The Venoms will begin away before hosting the return leg in Kitende. Vipers, four-time winners, reached the last four by eliminating NEC, while Kitara edged Express.
The other clash pits URA against SC Villa. URA will host the opener before travelling for the second leg.
The Tax Collectors, chasing a fifth title, progressed after a dramatic shootout win over KCCA.
Villa, aiming for a 10th crown, booked their place by dispatching Happy Boyz Kagaba.
With aggregate scores deciding progression, both ties promise high drama as Uganda’s giants and rising challengers battle for a place in the final.
