Manchester City captain Bernardo Silva will depart at the end of the season, ending a glittering spell in which he won 19 trophies under Pep Guardiola.
The 31-year-old Portugal international, who joined from Monaco in 2017, said: “I arrived as a Man City player, I leave as one more of you, a supporter for life.”
Silva has played 451 matches, scoring 76 goals and providing 77 assists, and is regarded by Guardiola as his “coach on the pitch.”
City are still chasing a domestic treble, meaning Silva could bow out with yet another historic triumph.
