CAF has confirmed Ghana will host the TotalEnergies U-20 Africa Cup of Nations in 2027, coinciding with the nation’s 70th Independence celebrations.
It will be Ghana’s second time staging the tournament, after winning as hosts in 1999.

The 12-team competition will showcase Africa’s top young talent, with the top four sides qualifying for the FIFA U-20 World Cup.
Ghana, four-time champions and 2009 world winners, has produced stars like Essien, Muntari, Ayew and Appiah.
