Despite Morris Ouma’s valiant effort, scoring 28 runs with one impressive six, Patidar struggled to set a challenging target.

In response, the Tornado Bees showcased their batting prowess, surpassing the target with seven wickets to spare in the 25th over.

Olipa Gerald emerged as the player of the match, scoring a spectacular 79 runs with two sixes and eight fours.

With this victory, the Tornado Bees climbed to the fifth position on the standings, overtaking Patidar, who languished at the bottom with no wins in five games.

Meanwhile, in another gripping encounter, the Kutchi Tigers continued their dominance, clinching a convincing six-wicket victory over Nyakasura.

Electing to bowl first, the Tigers exhibited their bowling prowess, restricting Nyakasura to a meager 89 runs, claiming all ten wickets in just 17 overs. They then comfortably chased down the target, notching up 91 runs with six wickets in hand in 20 overs.

Pushkar Sharma emerged as the star for Kutchi Tigers, delivering a stellar performance with the bat, scoring 35 runs adorned with two impressive sixes and three fours, earning him the Man of the Match accolade.

With this victory, the Kutchi Tigers solidified their position at the top of the standings with a flawless record, boasting ten points and a 100% win rate.

More cricket action returns on Sunday, April 21st, as the Tornado Bees lock horns with the formidable Kutchi Tigers at the Lugogo Cricket Oval, while Patidar takes on Nyakasura at Entebbe Oval. Additionally, Ceylon Lions will clash with Wanderers at Jinja SS Oval.
