Busiro has announced Emuron Recoba as their new head coach for the upcoming Masaza Cup season. Recoba brings a wealth of coaching experience to the team, with a background that includes stints at Butambala, Kyadondo, Lweza (later rebranded to Greater Masaka FC), Bulo Parents, and currently coaching Kibuli SS.
Recoba’s coaching staff includes Nasib Mukasa as his 1st assistant, Richard Lukyamuzi as the 2nd assistant, Moses Kayemba as the fitness coach, and Hassan Ssendi as the team doctor. However, the position of goalkeeping coach is yet to be announced.
The team will soon commence their camp and preparations for the upcoming season. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the management is determined to ensure that the team is well-prepared for the competition.
Busiro, the 2022 champions, will return to Sentema as their home ground after hosting games at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium last year.
