David Beckham has criticized Minnesota United’s social media activity after his Inter Miami side suffered a heavy 4-1 defeat.
Following the win, Minnesota posted “Pink Phony Club” on Instagram, referencing Miami’s kit and a song, alongside a table showing them above Inter.
Beckham commented: “Show a little respect, be elegant in triumph.”
Minnesota later posted a banner reading “History over hype, culture over cash,” highlighting “hype and cash” in pink. Beckham responded: “Respect over everything.”
The exchange follows Miami’s heaviest loss since Messi joined and underscores the growing rivalry in MLS.
