Teenage sensation Lamine Yamal has committed his long-term future to Barcelona, signing a new six-year contract that ties him to the club until 2031.
The 17-year-old winger was instrumental in Barcelona’s domestic treble this past season, scoring 18 goals and providing 25 assists in 55 appearances under manager Hansi Flick.
Yamal, who debuted at 15, has shattered multiple records, becoming the youngest scorer in La Liga, Copa del Rey, and Spanish Super Cup history, and the youngest to reach 100 Barca appearances.
He also played a key role in Spain’s Euro 2024 victory.
His exceptional talent has drawn comparisons to club legend Lionel Messi.
