betPawa Makes History Again: Africa’s Biggest Aviator Winners Revealed with Over UGX 3.9 Billion Paid Out

In a landmark moment for Africa’s iGaming scene, betPawa has once again raised the bar, celebrating the biggest group win ever recorded on Aviator in Africa, an astounding UGX 3,942,059,000 (USD 1,107,573) paid out in just one round.

The historic payout was revealed during a high-profile event in Accra, Ghana, where betPawa honoured its newest crop of Aviator BIG winners from across the continent, including Cameroon, Ghana, Zambia, Uganda, and Malawi.

The centrepiece of the celebration was a record-breaking Aviator round that saw nearly UGX 4 billion in collective payouts, reaffirming betPawa’s unmatched position in African iGaming.

Known for offering the lowest minimum stakes and the highest max wins, up to UGX 900 million ($250,000) per Aviator round, betPawa continues to prove that even the smallest bets can lead to life-changing victories.

Spribe, the creators of Aviator, confirmed: “Our analytics confirm that this is the largest group win in a single round to date in Africa.”

Among the standout winners was Clovis from Cameroon, who placed two tiny bets, 150 FCFA (USD 0.26) and 100 FCFA (USD 0.17), and walked away with a combined payout of 150,000,000 FCFA (USD 270,000). His winning multipliers of 500,000x and 750,000x rank among the highest ever seen on Aviator in Africa.

Also from Cameroon, Godi and Hyacinte each turned a 100 FCFA (USD 0.17) bet into 75,000,000 FCFA (USD 135,000) with a 750,000x multiplier.

Jules placed two identical 100 FCFA bets and earned over 86 million FCFA (USD 155,010), with a 430,584.98x multiplier on each. Carlos followed with two 200 FCFA bets that earned him 32,748,396 FCFA (USD 58,947), while Mathieu turned just 125 FCFA (USD 0.22) into 14,145,592 FCFA (USD 25,431), proof that micro-stakes can truly go BIG on betPawa.

In Ghana, Prince from Kumasi staked just GH¢6.50 (USD 0.62) and walked away with GH¢2,000,000 (USD 193,079), thanks to a 307,692x multiplier. In Zambia, Sidney placed a modest K6 (USD 0.25) bet and brought home K3,250,000 (USD 136,110) with a 500,000x multiplier.

Uganda was also part of the action, with one player hitting UGX 450,000,000 (USD 121,500) at a 2,250x multiplier. Malawi saw similarly incredible wins: one player turned just MWK 481 (USD 0.28) into over USD 124,000, another flipped MWK 5,520 (USD 3.19), and someone else transformed a tiny MWK 161 (USD 0.09) into USD 53,000, each victory powered by sky-high multipliers.

While the celebration in Accra was a spectacle in itself, betPawa made sure it was about more than just numbers. Winners were treated like royalty, chauffeured rides, luxury accommodation, custom gifts, and even a once-in-a-lifetime private jet experience over the skies of Ghana. Every detail reflected the spirit of success and celebration.

But beyond the glitz and glamour, betPawa is building real change. In partnership with the Gaming Commission of Ghana and a team of financial experts, betPawa is launching a financial empowerment program for its BIG winners. The goal is simple: turn lucky breaks into lasting impact. From smart investments to future planning, betPawa wants its players to win for life, not just for the weekend.

“This is a powerful reminder of why we do what we do,” said Borah Ndanyungu, Head of Local Marketing and CSR at betPawa. “We love big winners. In fact, we’re built for them. We’ve designed a platform with the lowest minimum stakes and the highest max win of $250,000 on Aviator in Africa, and that’s not changing. When our players win BIG, we celebrate even BIGGER.”

She added: “BIG wins come with BIG responsibilities. We take player safety seriously. That’s why our platform is built with smart tools and education that promote responsible gaming. We want everyone to enjoy the game and stay in control.”

This milestone adds to betPawa’s growing legacy of delivering Africa’s biggest gaming wins. In 2023, Fuseini from Kumasi, Ghana, made headlines by winning UGX 1,791,845,000 (USD 500,000), still the single largest payout ever recorded on Aviator.

As the leading mobile iGaming brand in Africa, betPawa currently operates in 17 countries, having expanded into six new markets in the last 12 months. Known for its user-friendly platform, 24-hour support, instant guaranteed payments, and commitment to responsible gaming, betPawa continues to redefine what’s possible in digital betting across Africa.
