New Vipers signing Kevin Dasylva Bady officially kicked off his journey with the club today, Friday 25th July, by reporting for preseason training at St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.
The towering Congolese defender joined his new teammates as preparations intensify ahead of the 2025/26 campaign. Bady, who signed a three-year deal with the StarTimes Uganda Premier League champions earlier this month, looked sharp and focused during his first session.
His arrival adds depth to a Vipers backline already featuring the likes of Rogers Torach, Livingstone Mulondo, Hilary Mukundane, and Patrick Paul Mbowa.
Bady will be hoping to cement his place in the starting eleven as the Venoms prepare for a demanding season that includes the CAF Champions League, Uganda Premier League, and multiple domestic cups.
Speaking after the session, a club official said, “Kevin looked ready and eager. He’s settled in quickly and will be a valuable addition to our defensive unit.”
The 24-year-old comes in with high expectations after a standout season with AS Simba Kamikaze in the DRC and a recent Coupe de Congo triumph.
Vipers will continue with daily training sessions at Kitende as they work toward peak form before competitive action kicks off.
