World number two Swiatek needed just 61 minutes to dispatch Australian Open champion Madison Keys 6-1, 6-2 in the Serena Williams Group.
Keys was plagued by errors, unable to cope with the relentless pace of the Pole.
Later, Rybakina delivered a serving masterclass against American Amanda Anisimova, winning 6-3, 6-1 in only 57 minutes.
The 2022 Wimbledon champion hit seven aces and won a remarkable 87% of points on her first serve to secure the statement win.
The top eight women’s players are competing for a record £12 million ($15.5 million) prize fund.
