Uganda Cranes defender Toby Sibbick came on in the 70th minute as Burton Albion twice fought back to secure a 2-2 draw against Port Vale in their League One meeting on Saturday.
Sibbick replaced Terence Vancooten, who had been booked in the 36th minute, as Burton reshaped their defence during a tense second half at Vale Park.
The Ugandan international helped see out the closing stages as both sides pushed for a decisive goal.
Port Vale had taken an early lead through Ethon Archer’s well struck free kick before Burton levelled when Jake Beesley flicked in from a corner.
The hosts restored their advantage before the break through Ben Waine, but Beesley struck again shortly after halftime to make it 2-2.
Both teams created chances late on, with Burton hitting the post twice while Port Vale also threatened a winner, but neither side found the breakthrough as the match ended level.
