FIBA has placed Uganda 16th in its latest Smart Power Rankings ahead of the next window of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 African Qualifiers.
The Silverbacks remain bottom of the rankings as the campaign approaches the 40 percent mark, with three qualifying windows still to play.
