Phil Foden has agreed a new four‑year contract at Manchester City, keeping him at the Etihad until 2030 with an option for another year.
Despite a dip in form and no goals since December, City have shown faith in their homegrown star, who has won six Premier League titles, a Champions League and two FA Cups.

Foden, 25, hopes to secure a World Cup spot under England boss Thomas Tuchel, while Wayne Rooney insists he “has to play every game” for City.
