Carlo Ancelotti has extended his contract as Brazil manager until the 2030 World Cup.
The 66‑year‑old Italian, appointed in May 2025 after leaving Real Madrid, has already secured qualification for the 2026 finals in North America. His record so far: five wins, two draws, three defeats in 10 matches.

CBF president Samir Xaud called the extension a “historic day” for Brazilian football.
Ancelotti will name his World Cup squad on 18 May, with Brazil opening against Morocco on 13 June before facing Haiti and Scotland in Group C.
