Reports that Andrew Tate was set to fight for Misfits Boxing are false, according to sources from the broadcaster, DAZN.
Online speculation had grown after a combat sports outlet claimed an announcement was imminent for a potential bout later this year.
Misfits Boxing, co-founded by KSI, is known for hosting events with internet personalities.
However, DAZN sources told BBC Sport that no talks are taking place and no announcement is planned for the Misfits event this Saturday. Misfits Boxing has not commented.
Tate, a controversial social media figure and former kickboxer, is currently facing serious legal charges, including human trafficking and rape allegations in Romania, which he denies.
