The Medical League will pair sport with service when it stages its 5th outing on October 19 at St. Lawrence University grounds, adding a free medical camp to the day’s competition.
Uganda’s premier social and sports platform for medical professionals expects doctors, pharmacists, students, and other health workers to take part.
They will compete in football, netball, athletics, and volleyball, keeping the event’s trademark mix of camaraderie and fitness.
Organisers say the new medical camp will offer free check-ups and consultations, a first for the league, and reflects its mission to strengthen ties between health professionals and the wider public.
They believe combining community care with sport highlights a commitment to service that goes beyond the pitch.
