Ferrari’s top drivers, Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc, swiftly responded to harsh public criticism from Chairman John Elkann following a disastrous Brazilian Grand Prix.
Elkann, frustrated by a winless 2025 season and a double retirement in São Paulo, demanded the drivers “talk less” and “focus” on racing.
In response, both drivers issued clear statements on social media late Monday, emphasizing internal unity and resilience as the team fights to recover second place in the Constructors’ Championship.
Hamilton posted a message of defiance: “I back my team. I back myself. I will not give up. Not now, not then, not ever.”
Leclerc stressed collaboration: “It’s clear that only unity can help us turn that situation around in the last 3 races. We’ll give it all, as always.”
With only three races left, the pressure is mounting on the Scuderia to deliver results under the cloud of management scrutiny.
