Championship clubs have voted against introducing Football Video Support (FVS) for next season.
The system, a lighter version of VAR offering coaches two challenges per game, was presented by PGMO at the EFL’s annual meeting but met strong opposition.

Concerns over cost and disruption to match flow outweighed calls from managers such as Norwich’s Philippe Clement for video reviews.
Goal Line Technology will remain in place, with a June vote to decide whether it extends into League One.
According to BBC Sport, the proposal is closed for now and unlikely to return soon.
