Asaph Mwebaze Steps Down as Head Coach of Mbale Heroes FC

Asaph Mwebaze, the head coach of Mbale Heroes FC, has announced his departure from the club. Mwebaze took to his Facebook page to reveal the mutual agreement between himself and the club to part ways.

Mwebaze’s tenure at Mbale Heroes FC began in September 2023, with the goal of guiding the team back to the StarTimes Uganda Premier League. Despite the initial optimism and aspirations for promotion, it appears that both parties have decided to go their separate ways.

In his statement, Mwebaze expressed gratitude to the team and the technical staff for their efforts during his time at the club. He also acknowledged the support from individuals such as Chris Omony, Badru Chemisito, Wamududa, Madam Jessica, and Magambo.

With Mwebaze’s departure, the club will now need to regroup and find a suitable replacement to lead them forward.As the search for a new head coach begins, fans of Mbale Heroes FC will undoubtedly be eager to see who will step up to the challenge and continue the journey towards reclaiming their spot in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
