All is set for the Stanbic Uganda Cup quarter-finals after the draw was conducted on Wednesday, April 3rd, at the FUFA Complex, Mengo led by former Uganda Cranes midfielder, Tony Mawejje.
Arguably, the game of the round is between Uganda Premier League heavyweights, Kitara and Vipers. Defending champions, Vipers will face a tough challenge against the table-topping Kitara side with both teams eyeing the double.
Meanwhile, BUL FC will host KCCA FC at the FUFA Technical Center in Njeru. BUL, former cup winners, are aiming for another shot at glory, while KCCA, joint-record winners, seek to assert their dominance once again.
In other games, Police will face NEC as Pajule Lions will lock horns with Pakwach Young Stars.
The quarter-final matches will be played on a one-leg basis from April 10th to 14th. In case of a draw at the end of normal time, there will be 30 minutes of extra time followed by a penalty shootout if the scores remain level.
