Club Obligato to Host The Sweet Science Season Three Boxing Bonanza

Nara Promotions has unveiled an exciting lineup for the third season of The Sweet Science, set to take place on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Club Obligato.

The premier boxing event promises a night of intense competition and electrifying atmosphere, featuring 18 bouts with fighters from Uganda and South Africa.

The main event will see South African Jason Medi going head-to-head with Uganda’s own John Serunjogi in an 8-round Super Middleweight bout. This highly anticipated fight is expected to draw significant attention from boxing enthusiasts and set the tone for a thrilling evening.

Adding to the excitement, the co-main event features an 8-round Cruiserweight clash between Ugandan fighters Njego Abdul and Musa Ntege. Fans can expect a fierce battle as both competitors aim to showcase their skills and claim victory in front of a home crowd.

The event also includes a 10-round Welterweight national title fight between Nyanzi Joshua and Seguya Mubaraka.

In addition to these headline matches, the night will feature a full card of 18 bouts, including matchups such as Wasswa Bawa Lubega vs. Taafu Odoyi, Rogers Ssenyondo vs. Owen Mugomba, and Sulaiman Musaalo vs. Simon Shagi, among others.

Tickets for The Sweet Science Season 3 will go for UGX 20,000 for general admission. VIP tickets are priced at UGX 50,000, and tables can be reserved for UGX 500,000.
