This is a milestone for Nabadda, the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA), and the Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) region.

Nabadda is the first Ugandan referee to be selected for a FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.

Nabadda started refereeing in 2015, just after completing her high school education at Masaka Secondary School.

She attained her National referee badge in 2016 and her FIFA badge in 2017. Her first international match was between South Africa and Lesotho.

Since then, Nabadda has officiated at a number of high-profile tournaments, including the Airtel Rising Stars, Schools football Tournaments, FUFA Competitions, All Africa Games 2023, CECAFA Women Senior Championship, University Games in Napoli, Italy (2019), WAFCON, CAF Women Champions League Final Tournament, and the Olympic Games.
