Vipers, who won the tournament in 2019, are eager to add another trophy to their collection. Their previous victory came courtesy of a 2-0 win over KCCA, with Fahad Bayo scoring a brace on his debut.

BUL, on the other hand, clinched the title last year, defeating URA in a penalty shootout.

Both teams are determined to make their mark as the most decorated Super 8 champions.

In the lead-up to the final, Vipers overcame NEC in the first round, drawing 1-1 over two legs and advancing on away goals.

BUL, meanwhile, defeated Maroons and Kitara to reach the final. In the Uganda Premier League last season, BUL had the upper hand over Vipers, winning 3-2 and 1-0.
