Eric Kenzo Kambale has completed his transfer from Vipers SC to Libyan Premier League side Alittihad Misurata SC.
The 24-year-old striker’s move comes after both clubs and the player reached an agreement, despite Kambale having a year remaining on his contract with the Kitende-based side.
Kambale, who joined Vipers at the beginning of the 2023/24 season, contributed four goals and three assists in 21 league appearances as the Venoms finished third in the Uganda Premier League.
Despite his relatively brief stint with Vipers, his experience and talent caught the eye of Alittihad Misurata, prompting the Libyan side to secure his services.
Before his time at Vipers, Kambale made a significant impact at Express FC, helping them to the 2020/21 Uganda Premier League title and victory in the 2021 CECAFA Kagame Cup. He also had a stint with Sudanese giants Al-Merreikh SC.
Alittihad Misurata currently sits 5th in Group B of the Libyan Premier League after 20 Matches played.
