Last season, Mugiti FC suffered a disappointing 2-1 defeat to Kibali in their opening match.

However, the team was determined to make amends and showcased their resilience from the outset. The match was a tense affair, with both sides battling for supremacy.

Mugiti dominated much of the first half, creating numerous scoring opportunities but failing to capitalize on them.

Mugaidu Arafat was particularly impressive, showcasing his exceptional dribbling skills and tormenting the Kadama Town Council defense.

The deadlock was finally broken in the 84th minute when Kakonge Sam found the back of the net with a well-placed finish.

The goal provided Mugiti with a vital three points, keeping them level on points with Bugwere in Group B.

On Tuesday, October 15, the action continues in Group C as Nansanga takes on newcomers Budaka Academy.
