Under his guidance, Kawempe scored eight goals while maintaining a clean sheet.

This outstanding performance edged out strong competition from Faridah Bulega of Amus College WFC and Meddy Nyanzi of Lady Doves.

The Player of the Month award went to goalkeeper Josephine Nambuya, who was instrumental in Kawempe’s defensive solidity.

She kept four clean sheets in October, showcasing exceptional goalkeeping skills and contributing significantly to her team’s success.

Nambuya outperformed her teammate Agnes Nabukenya and Auki Kigongo of Uganda Martyrs Lubaga WFC to secure the prestigious title.

Both Khalifah and Nambuya received cash prizes of UGX 500,000 each, a testament to their exceptional contributions to the league.

Kawempe Muslim Ladies are still unbeaten with 13 points from five games.
