The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed the match officials for the crucial 2025 Africa Cup of Nations Group K qualifier between Uganda and Congo.
The game is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at the Alphonse Massamba-Débat Stadium in Brazzaville, kicking off at 5:00 PM local time (7:00 PM EAT).
Egyptian officials will take charge of the match, with Mohamed Maarouf Eid Mansour serving as the referee.
He will be supported by assistant referees Sami Mohamed Abouzid Halhal and Hany Abdelfattah Mahmoud Elsnadidy, also from Egypt. Mahmoud Nagy Ahmed Nagy Mosa will serve as the fourth official.
The referee assessor for the game will be Athanase Nkubito from Rwanda, while the match commissioner is Nimubona Arcade from Burundi.
Uganda will look to bounce back after their recent defeat to South Africa, while Congo seeks a positive result in front of their home fans.
