Each school received 15 footballs to support the initiative.

The programme aims to leverage the power of football to promote education, health, and social development among young people.

Through this initiative, FIFA and FUFA seek to engage children in physical activity, teach life skills, and foster a love for the beautiful game.

Today, November 26th, the programme will continue its journey to Fort Portal City, where it will be hosted at Canon Apollo Demonstration School.

This event is expected to further strengthen the foundation of football development in the region.

The FIFA Football for Schools Programme is a global initiative launched by FIFA in collaboration with UNESCO.

It aims to reach 700 million children worldwide, using football as a tool for education, development, and empowerment.

The programme focuses on providing educational content and training to teachers, enabling them to integrate football into their lessons.

By empowering teachers and providing resources, the FIFA Football for Schools Programme aims to create a positive impact on the lives of young people, inspiring them to reach their full potential both on and off the field.
