The highly anticipated FUFA Juniors League 2025 is set to ignite passion and showcase the future stars of Ugandan football as Match Day 3 unfolds this weekend.

With eight captivating fixtures scheduled across the country, fans are bracing for a weekend filled with intense competition and youthful exuberance.

Defending champions BUL FC JT have set the early pace, displaying formidable form with two consecutive victories.

However, they face a stern test against a confident Police FC JT side, who have also enjoyed a strong start to the season.

Meanwhile, KCCA FC SA, eager to recover from their recent setback, will host a resilient NEC FC JT in a crucial encounter.

The action kicks off on Saturday with a series of intriguing matchups. Lugazi FC JT, reeling from back-to-back defeats, will seek redemption against a determined SC Villa JT at Lugazi Stadium.

SC Villa JT, buoyed by their recent draw, will rely on the attacking prowess of Mbalile Mujad and Mugisha Daniel to secure a positive result.

The marquee clash of the day sees defending champions BUL FC JT travel to Cavendish, Mukono, to face Police FC JT. BUL FC JT, led by the influential skipper Richard Okello and the talented Gift Fred Mutalya, are aiming to extend their perfect record.

However, Police FC JT, riding high after impressive victories, will be a formidable opponent, with Afeku Patrick and Ssemwanga Ronald posing significant threats.

At Amus College School, Mbale Heroes FC JT will host Maroons FC JT. Mbale Heroes FC JT, seeking their first win of the season, will face a Maroons FC JT side desperate to address their defensive vulnerabilities.

The highly anticipated clash between KCCA FC SA and NEC FC JT at the MTN Omondi Stadium in Lugogo promises to be a spectacle.

KCCA FC SA, determined to bounce back from their defeat to BUL FC JT, will face a resolute NEC FC JT side that has secured two narrow victories. Oula Emmanuel, the key player for NEC FC JT, will be closely watched.

In Mbarara, Mbarara City FC JT will host Vipers SC JT at Kakyeka Stadium. Mbarara City FC JT, aiming for consistency, will face a Vipers SC JT side eager to break their goal-scoring drought.

The excitement continues on Sunday as Soltilo Bright Stars FC JT, who have impressed with two consecutive wins, host Kitara FC JT at Hormisdallen Nur & Prim Sch, Gayaza. Kitara FC JT, fresh from their first victory, will be a challenging opponent.

Wakiso Giants FC JT, seeking to recover from a disappointing start, will face URA FC JT at Buddo SS. URA FC JT, having drawn both their matches, will be determined to find their first goal of the campaign.

The weekend’s action concludes at Bombo Military Barracks Ground, where UPDF FC JT will host Express FC JT. Both teams are seeking to turn their fortunes around, with Express FC JT yet to find the net and UPDF FC JT looking to bounce back from their recent defeat.

As the FUFA Juniors League 2025 progresses, teams are beginning to establish their identities and ambitions.

The early dominance of BUL FC JT has set the benchmark, but the league remains wide open, with several teams capable of challenging for the title.
