The Uganda Hockey Association (UHA) has appointed Mr. Patrick Anok as the Returning Officer for the upcoming Executive Committee elections scheduled for March 29, 2025.
Mr. Anok, an accomplished advocate of the High Court, brings over 15 years of legal expertise in project financing, corporate restructuring, and governance.
He is a member of the Uganda and East African Law Societies and currently practices with Kabayiza Kavuma Mugerwa and Ali Advocates.
His appointment is expected to bring transparency and professionalism to the electoral process as the hockey fraternity prepares to elect new office bearers.
Meanwhile, the UHA has confirmed that nomination forms for the elections are available through various hockey clubs.

With elections less than a month away, it remains to be seen who will take over the leadership of hockey, one of the growing sports in Uganda.
