Zamalek SC star Ahmed Sayed “Zizo” has filed a complaint with the EFA, accusing the club’s board of directing employees to tear apart and trample on his images within club premises.
His lawyer claims this is an intimidation tactic to force a contract renewal.
This escalates the dispute, as Zizo has been absent from training and matches since April 10th and has missed three internal investigation sessions.
The tension began after Zamalek learned Zizo allegedly signed contracts with rivals Al Ahly for a future move.
He was initially excluded from the Stellenbosch match on April 9th and has since cut ties with team training.
