Seychelles and Mauritania concluded their FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup, Seychelles 2025 campaigns on Monday with final group stage losses.

Hosts Seychelles fell 10-2 to Japan in Group A, despite a historic moment from 16-year-old Lienal Bibi, who became the third-youngest World Cup scorer. Bibi scored twice for his team.

In other matches, Belarus secured a quarter-final spot with a 12-3 victory over Guatemala, while Portugal topped Group B after a 7-5 win against Iran. Belarus will now face Iran in the quarter-finals, and Portugal will play Japan.
