Lando Norris delivered a dominant performance at the Monaco Grand Prix today, securing his second victory of the season and significantly narrowing the gap to McLaren teammate Oscar Piastri in the Drivers’ Championship.
Norris led from pole position, expertly managing the race and the new three-tire rule.
He finished ahead of Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc and McLaren’s Oscar Piastri. Red Bull’s Max Verstappen finished fourth.
Norris’s win reduces Piastri’s championship lead to just three points.
The race, despite a new rule aimed at increasing unpredictability, saw a relatively straightforward outcome for the front-runners.
The Formula 1 season continues next weekend with the Spanish Grand Prix.
