Alex Manninger, who won the Premier League and FA Cup with Arsenal and earned 33 caps for Austria, has died at 48 after his car was hit by a train near Salzburg.
Manninger played for 14 clubs across Europe, including Juventus, Udinese and Liverpool, and was remembered for his composure and professionalism.
