Arsenal have approached Paris St‑Germain defender Emmanuel Mbemba, 18, over a free transfer this summer.
The France youth international has been offered a new deal by PSG but is open to England, with training compensation set at just over £150,000.

Arsenal highlighted William Saliba’s pathway and plan to loan Mbemba in Europe until January 2027 to secure a work permit. Though mainly a centre‑back, the Gunners see him as a future left‑back.
Mbemba, who captained PSG’s under‑19s to French Youth Cup success, is said to favour Arsenal under Mikel Arteta’s leadership.
