The news was broken by Kitara FC chairman Deo Kasozi Akiiki, while appearing on NBS Sport sports` show, ‘NBSLTS’.

Kitara FC is one of the teams that were relegated from the StartTimes Uganda Premier League in 2020/21 season when the league ended prematurely because of the nationwide lockdown announced to contain the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic after finishing last on a 16 team log with 13 points in as much as 27 matches.

The former KCCA FC and Youssoufia Berrechid star who was part of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations Cranes team its believed that he will be handed jersey 9. Kaddu is the latest signing for Kitara FC this transfer window, following the arrivals of John Kisaakye and Bwambale Lazaro from Kajjansi United and Rwenzori Lions FC, respectively.

Kaddu will be remembered as the first goal scorer at AFCON 2019 for the national team side, the Uganda Cranes.
