In an electrifying start to their campaign at the World Rugby HSBC Sevens in Montevideo, the Lady Rugby Cranes of Uganda displayed their prowess on the field, securing a commanding victory over Thailand.

With an impressive scoreline of 15-05, Uganda’s triumph was fueled by stellar performances from Grace Auma, captain Peace Lekuru, and Maimuna, each contributing crucial tries to the team’s success. Despite Thailand managing to notch a single try, they were ultimately outclassed by the relentless offensive onslaught of the Lady Cranes.
